Veteran defender who joined the Hillians in the close season from Whitehawk where he helped them gain promotion via the play offs last season. A commanding presence at the back and reliable penalty taker Joe has also played for Horsham, where he helped them climb back up the leagues to the Isthmian Premier, Hastings United, Horsham YMCA, Pagham, East Preston and Worthing United and adds a great amount of experience to the Hillians.
