Our run of 2 defeats in 18 games have been followed up with 2 away defeats on the bounce, so getting back to home soil this weekend could be pivotal in returning to winning ways as we host fellow play-off hopefuls Ramsgate at the More Than Tyres Stadium.
Jay Lovett’s boys are yet to taste defeat at home this calendar year beating Cray Valley, VCD Athletic and Whitehawk – so will be keen to keep that run going. Our previous encounter saw us venture to Faversham with no reward, falling to a 2-0 defeat in a display the Hillians will be keen to put right. The weekend and midweek results sees Hillians fall to 8th place, level on points with VCD in 7th. Our previous meeting with the Rams saw Hill pick up their first win of the season back in October, winning 4-2, with a Michael Uwezu brace and further goals from Jaden Perez and Max Miller securing the win.
The visitors from Thanet currently sit 3rd with 47 points from 25 matches. Ramsgate will also be looking to get back to winning ways after falling to a 2-1 defeat at VCD last weekend.
Jo and Katie’s BOTN Tea Hut will be open throughout the afternoon, be sure to give them a visit!
Saturday’s match is sponsored by M&W Finishing.
The Hillians Bar will be showing Norwich vs Manchester City live at 5:30pm after our game.
We look forward to welcoming you all to paradise this weekend!
