Burgess Hill Town FC are delighted to announce a new partnership with the Brickworks tap room in Burgess Hill which also hosts North Garden Brewery.

The tap room and brewery will be sponsoring the now named ‘Hillians Brickworks Player of the Match’ award for the rest of the season supplying the winner of each match with a selection of their excellent beers for all home games. A selection of beers from North Garden Brewery will also be served at the ground too.

The Brickworks, located in the Industrial Estate on Victoria Road, has been open for nine months and has built up quite a following in the short time they have been trading. In February 2023 North Garden Brewery was founded by James Harley. The Brewery aims to serve the community by producing a range of great beers using high quality ingredients whilst supporting charities by donating a percentage of the profit each year to a different local charity.

Hillians chairman Vince Alfieri said “The club is delighted to welcome the Brickworks tap room as our new player of the match sponsor for home games. Our players have even more incentive to win the Hillians player of the match award now as they will be presented with a selection of excellent beers! The club is also very proud to be serving beers from the North Garden Brewery who are hosted by the Brickworks, knowing how much our Hillians fans love their beer, I am sure this will go down very well too as they cheer the team on. Thanks to Dave Bradbury for working on this partnership and please join me in welcoming the Brickworks team to the Hillians family”

I grew up in Mid-Sussex and have always  been aware of the huge support and love there is for the Hillians in the town.”

James Harley (Owner of North Garden Brewery & Co-Owner of The Brickworks) added “North Garden Brewery is passionate about supporting local institutions such as BHTFC. It is a real thrill to have our beers served at Leylands Park on a match day.  Hopefully the incentive of some North Garden beers for man of the match will spur the team on even more!  Go Hillians!!”.
