Burgess Hill Town FC are sad to confirm that Dan Perry has decided to leave the Club.

Dan let us know of his decision this week saying it feels the right time to move on from his second spell with the Club. “It’s been a good journey from last day survival to promotion and has been a perfect journey and it just feels the right time to go now”.

A favourite amongst the Leylands Park faithful ‘The Hitman’ scored a superb 74 goals in 178 appearances for the Club.

In his first spell he hit some memorable goals including a goal in the 3-1 FA Cup win over Sutton United and of course the winning goal in a 1-0 win over Aldershot in the FA Trophy as well as winning the Isthmian South East title back in 2015 having progressed into the first team after hitting plenty of goals in the youth team.

Thank you for all the memories Dan and we wish you well for the future as it’s goodbye for now.
