The Hillians are back in Emirates FA Cup action this Saturday (31st August) as AFC Croydon Athletic visit the HomeCall Carpets Community Stadium (3pm kick off).

The Hillians will go into the game full of confidence following two excellent performances and wins by beating Eastbourne Town twice (2-1 in the FA Cup and 3-0 in the League). The vistors, who are owned by rapper Stormzy and former Crystal Palace forward Wilf Zaha, have reached this stage by beating Guildford City 3-1 and VCD Athletic 4-0.

It’s the first meet between the two Clubs who were reformed in 2012. We did play Croydon Athletic a few times before they folded in 2011.

Get down and make some noise to cheer the team on as we look to continue our excellent cup run and aim to make the first round proper for the first time in our history.
