It’s been 270 minutes since the Hillians faithful last saw Will Huffer beaten in Mid Sussex, adding to a clean sheet away at Corinthian 2 weeks ago, defending starts from the front with Jay Lovett’s boys but the real test will be can they stick the ball into the back of the opposing net, something they haven’t done often at home as of late.

Last time out, we welcomed another Kent team to the More Than Tyres, as Herne Bay made the trip as we played out an entertaining and chance filled goalless draw. That result and the others in the league saw us actually consolidate our grip on 8th position but a result which really did neither Burgess or Bay any real favours. Our previous meeting with the Brickies this season saw us pick up a valuable 1-0 win on a cold Tuesday evening thanks to a Martyn Box winner.

Darren Blackburn’s Sittingbourne side have had a very good season, currently sitting a place above the Hillians in 7th with 52 points from 34 games. Just goal difference seperates the 2 sides heading into Saturday’s encounter.

Jo and Katie’s BOTN Tea Hut will be open throughout the afternoon, be sure to give them a visit!

Saturday’s match is sponsored by More Than Tyres.

The Hillians Bar will be showing the Grand National live at 5:15pm after our game and then Aston Villa Vs Tottenham live at 5:30pm.

We look forward to seeing you all at home for the penultimate time this season!
