We shall take reasonable care to keep your information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access or use of it. We process all information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and the change shall take effect once the revised Privacy Policy is available on this Site. Therefore, please refer to this Privacy Policy each time you submit your personal information.

  1. Information we may collect from you

We may ask you to provide information to us or collect data from you on different occasions, such as when you:

    • propose to join BHTFC as a player, coach, physio or volunteer, or register to receive or download any information, newsletters or other documentation
    • purchase tickets, goods or services from us

The information that you are asked to provide (which may include name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, date of birth, gender) will vary depending on the reason for the collection. We may also ask, for example, for relevant health information, which is classed as special category personal data, but which will be with your explicit consent or the consent of a parent/guardian.

Please note that if you choose to provide any articles for publication on the Site or in matchday programmes or similar you may disclose personal information about yourself to other participants. If you do so this is at your own risk.

  1. How is your personal data collected?

A participant may give us their personal data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, in person, via our website or otherwise. This will typically be provided by BHTFC inputting participant details into the Football Association or Isthmian League registers or the Whole Game System. Other participants, such as referees, may input their own data into the Whole Game System
