On Saturday we entertain Merstham FC at the Green Elephants Stadium in our last game of the season. Our last two home games have seen crowds of 400 plus and it would be great if we could attract another bumper gate for this vital game.
John Rattle, BHTFC General Manager, said “we have nearly completed our second season in the Ryman Isthmian Premier League. This season our average home attendance is 350, which is the ninth-highest in the league. Considering we have had our fair share of re arranged games this season, meaning we have ‘lost out’ on a few supporters who prefer or can’t attend Saturday’s to midweek games, I think it is something we can be proud of as a club. I have been involved with the club for over five years now, it is only natural that you will lose support for various reasons, but our club has seen more new supporters year on year and what is really great to see is more and more of our loyal supporters wearing the Green and Black of BHTFC with pride.”
He continued “The support has been fantastic this season, and our fans have really stuck by us during good and bad it would be great if they can get behind Ian and the team one more time on Saturday and make it an afternoon to remember – for the right reason’s, of course!”
Thank you for your continued support.
